The West Boulevard Neighborhood Association is dedicated to preserving the historic integrity of the oldest neighborhood in Rapid City and to act as a clearinghouse for information which might be of concern or interest to those living in the West Boulevard Neighborhood and others who wish to maintain it’s integrity as a historic neighborhood.
